As at Nov 25 we continue to wait for the promised shops which are in the hands of a specialised developer who deals with the provision of retail sites. We are advised that arrangements are going well but it will be good to see some actual activity on the ground.

There has been some progress on a Health Centre. The Newhall Surgery in Swadlincote have been chosen as operators and we now await detail from the NHS authorities when and where it will be built.
